Hotels Destinations
Portland Area
Hotels: Kennedy School, Crystal Hotel, Edgefield, White Eagle
From downtown nightlife and tax-free shopping to the tranquility of the Columbia River Gorge Scenic Area, the greater Portland metropolitan region has something for everyone. Renowned for its microbrews, coffee roasters, small-batch distilleries, restaurant/food cart scene and more, Portland also boasts the world's largest independent bookstore (Powell's) as well as the largest forested natural area park within city limits in the United States (Forest Park).
Wine Country
Hotels: Grand Lodge, Hotel Oregon
The Willamette Valley, home to Hotel Oregon in McMinnville, is widely considered one of the best wine-producing regions in the United States, encompassing 290 wineries within six different AVAs. Adjacent Washington County (site of Forest Grove's Grand Lodge) boasts more than 25 wineries, many within a short drive of the hotel. A beautiful, winding country road connects the two locations - dubbed Sip47, it's an excellent way to enjoy Oregon wine country.
Washington
Hotels: Anderson School, Elks Temple, Kalama Harbor Lodge, Olympic Club
Head 30 miles north of Portland, and just off the Interstate along the Columbia River is our Kalama Harbor Lodge, a.k.a. a little slice of Maui – modeled after Lahaina’s Pioneer Inn.
Further north – halfway between Portland and Seattle – the town of Centralia was once home to lumber barons and bootleggers. Today, it's both the site of our time-capsule of a hotel, Olympic Club, as well as many wonderfully curated antique shops.
Continue north to discover our newest project in the heart of downtown Tacoma: Elks Temple. Elks is an adventure in itself, but when you’re ready to step outside, Tacoma is a culture hub full of art, museums, shops and a fun time.
Drive on 48 miles to Anderson School in Bothell, WA. It's 13 miles from downtown Seattle, near Woodinville wine country, cycling trails and the Cascade mountains.
Bend/Central Oregon area
Hotel: Old St. Francis School
Central Oregon is a haven for outdoor junkies - hiking, rock climbing and river rafting the warm months, skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing in the colder months. However, downtown Bend also offers a year-round selection of shops, restaurants and breweries.
